Terms of Service

By using CraigGifts you agree to these terms. CraigGifts is a marketplace connecting customers with independent local vendors.

Commission. CraigGifts charges a 15% commission added on top of the vendor's price. Vendors receive exactly the price they set.

Wallet & payments. Orders are paid from your wallet balance. Funding is currently available via email funding.

Delivery. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders to the destination country and price they listed.

Disputes. Customers may raise disputes for missing, damaged, late or wrong items; CraigGifts admin will mediate.
